Mumbai Records ₹32,623 Crore in Luxury Property Sales in Six Months.

Mumbai’s luxury housing market continues to witness strong demand. Between April and September 2026, a total of 3,145 residential properties priced at ₹5 crore or more were registered in the city, with a combined transaction value of ₹32,623 crore.
This translates to an average of more than 17 luxury homes sold per day. Strong buyer interest in properties priced up to ₹50 crore and in the ultra-luxury segment is further strengthening Mumbai’s real estate market.
